4 steaks, each about 1 ¼ pounds and 1” thick)

Recipe: 1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the garlic, lemon peel, onion, AprèsVin Chardonnay Morocco Oil, salt and pepper and set aside for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
2. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
3. Grill the steaks over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side until medium-rare, for 7-10 minutes until medium or for 10-12 minutes per side until well-done.
4. Remove the steaks from the grill and place in a deep baking dish.
5. Drizzle half of the oil mixture over the steaks to coat them. Turn the steaks over and drizzle the remaining oil mixture over the second side. Serve immediately.
