3TbspApres Vin Chardonnay Provencal Oil
0,25tspSalt
0,25tspPepper
4cupCrusty bread, cut into 1” cubes

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Pour the Chardonnay Oil into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk the salt and pepper into the oil.
  4. Add the bread cubes to the oil mixture and toss to coat.
  5. Spread the bread cubes onto a large baking sheet, spacing the cubes out evenly.
  6. Bake until golden brown, about 15-17 minutes.
  7. Remove the croutons from the oven and set aside to cool for about 30 minutes.
  8. Serve as a soup or salad garnish.
  9. Stays crisp in an airtight bag for up to one week.

 

PREPARATION TIME: 5 minutes

BAKING TIME: 15-17 minutes

YIELD: 4 cups, garnishes approximately 12 salad or 18 soup servings
