Apres Vin Chipotle Merlot Oil adds spicy zip to salsa without having to peel, seed and chop fiery peppers. This salsa is low- to medium-spiced. You can turn up the heat by doubling the oil. This salsa comes together in a flash and makes plenty for your next fajita party.

2,50cupTomatoes, roughly diced
0,75cupOnions, peeled and finely chopped
0,50cupCilantro, stemmed and chopped
2TbspGarlic, peeled and chopped
4TbspLime juice
1TbspApres Vin Chipotle Merlot Oil
0,25tspSalt
0,25tspPepper

Preparation

  1. Stir all of the ingredients together in a medium-sized glass mixing bowl. Chill for 60 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
  2. Stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to one week.
