4TbspOrange juice
0,25cupApres Vin Chardonnay Oil
2tspApple cider vinegar
1TbspGarlic, peeled and finely diced
2TbspParsley, stemmed and finely chopped
0,25tspSalt
0,25tspPepper
8cupSalad greens

Preparation

  1. Whisk the orange juice, Chardonnay Oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic and parsley in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Refrigerate the vinaigrette for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
  4. Toss the vinaigrette with salad greens and serve.

CHILLING TIME: 30 minutes

YIELD: ½ cup vinaigrette, dresses 6 1-oz salad servings
