WALNUT MELANGE VINAIGRETTE
This deep and earthy vinaigrette will help you welcome a change of season. It will dress up your pan-wilted kale and swiss chard side dishes, and will also be welcome as a marinade for roasts and baked chops. Whirl the walnuts in a coffee grinder for a handy shortcut.

|1||tsp||Garlic, peeled and finely diced|
|1||Tbsp||Shallots, peeled and finely diced|
|1||Tbsp||Walnuts, finely chopped|
|0,25||tsp||White pepper, freshly ground|
- Pour all ingredients together into a clean shaker bottle.
- Seal the bottle and shake until all ingredients are uniformly blended.
- Chill until serving.
- Prior to serving, shake the bottle again to re-emulsify.
